Litho sheet print

The core of this department is our 8 colour printing press with cold foil module
and double UV varnish station. Highly finished varnish effects in combination
with 8 colour stations, breath taking metallised printing effects with cold foil
and inline die-cutting – everything is possible in only one print run!
In the deep-print department we work for you with 2 Moeller & Hölscher
5-colour printing machines in either 70cm or 100cm printing widths.
We produce gift wrap paper in all possible paper- and print qualities.
Here we have 2 die-cutting and embossing machines available.
On those machines all possible finishing wishes are realised:
Gold-, silver-, hologram-, diffraction or metallised colour foils.
Effect and industry die-cutting. Blind and structural embossing procedures.
10 jobs, one flatbed scanner (high dissolution), several different
proof and plot units, and one triple-laser exposer to light. As the
first user of the cold foil technics “Prindor” our employees are
experts beeing optimally familiar and creative with the cold foil process.
On an area of 1.500 sm several special machines for end-production
are available. May it concern gift wrap paper and PP-foil rolls on core
or on stiffener, in different lengths and with different paper qualities,
may it concern flat-laid sheets or sheets piles folded in quires, or may it
be shingle packs: Everything in one hand, everything under one roof!
